Yes, We'll send you our sample as soon as quickly to your delivery address. Please note that we will have to charge you for the sample charges and shipping cost. These charges are refundable after you place an order.

Yes, you will see the minimum quantity shown on the each product page, you can order any quantity as long as you reach the MOQ.
3.) Can I buy different items in an order?
Yes, you could add different items to the shopping cart then checkout, or send us the purchase order with different items and special requirements as you want.

Yes, We could custom made the products with your logos. Please send us your artwork, we accept the format of .ai, .cdr, .pdf (300dpi).
5.) Can I get a proof?
Yes, Please tell us where do you need to place your logo, and then our designer will draw a graphic with your logo. We'll let you satisfy with the proof?
6.) Can I get a pre-production sample?
Yes, We'll make the pre-production sample and send you immediately. Please note that we will have to charge you for the sample charges and shipping cost. These charges are refundable after you place an order.
7.) How to buy online?
If the price of item is available, you could buy it online.
1. View the item description and select the available options;
2. Input the quantity and add to your shopping cart;
3. The item may has a minimum quantity to buy, modify the MOQ or contact us;
4. Check the cart and click the "Checkout" button or "Continue Shopping" button;
5. Choose the payment method & shipping method and confirm your order;
6. After we received your payment, we'll delivery your order within 3-5 working days;
7. It takes 3-35 days for delivery to your hands. (The shipping time is based on the different shipping methods and other conditions)

If the price is not available, or you want to buy large quantity and want to get the best price, you could send us an inquiry with your requirements, including the materials, product size, color, quantity, logo, packing, delivery time etc, our sales team will quote you within 24 hours.

Place an order is simple and welcome. Send your Purchase Order to our sales team and make the payment of deposit, and we'll start the pre-production samples for your approval.
When the pre-production samples are approved, we'll start the mass production for your order.
Our production lead time is 5-60 days, based on your order quantity or the materials are available for processing your order.
Our QC team will go to check the quality of your order before shipment, and then you pay the balance amount.
We cooperate with the worldwide logistics to minimize the shipping cost and help you to do the customs clearance & transportation to your address, so you don't cumber with the shipment.
