Thanks for placing your orders with us. Your order will be arranged to be shipped after payment.
1. About Delivery Time
a.) If you purchase a small quantity of promotional products without printing, and they are in stock, we usually dispatch them in 1-3 working days after your payment.
b.) Small quantities of customized promotional items, such as baseball caps, USB flash drives, folding umbrellas etc., could be shipped within 3-10days.
c.) If your ordes are big, our sales team will tell you the expeccted production lead time.
d.) Generally speaking, for many of our personalized giveaways, our production lead time is about 7~ 45days (excluding mold making time, printing plate making time)
Working with us, you could rest assured that we have a 98.6% on-time delivery rate.
2. About Payment methods
a.) For small orders or order less than USD200, we accept Paypal, Payoneer, Alipay, debit / credit card, Western Union payment methods. ( We don't collect your debit / credit card information, your payment is safe through Paypal or Payoneer)
b.) For orders over USD200, we only accept wire transfer (T/T) payment.
c.) Our payment term is we accept 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance payment must be paid before loading on board.
3. About Shipping methods and time
a.) Free Shipping: We usually ship your order free by China Post or other postal channels, the reference time is 10~35days, most cases is in 12~15days.
b.) Economy Express: If your shipment is less than 100kg and the volume is not too big, we generally ship them bby economy express, the reference time is 5~12days, most cases is in 5~7 days to arrive.
c.) Fast Express: If you have high requirement of time efficiency, we can send by DHL, FedEx International Priority, UPS etc. the reference time is 2~5days, most cases is in 2~3 days to arrive.
d.) Sea freight: Most customers choose see freight, because it's cheap, the reference time is about 12~35days base on the distance.
e.) By train: Ship from China to Europe by train, the reference time is about 15~20days.
f.) By air: the reference time is 3-7days
4. The transport capcity of each carrier and the customs clearance procedures of each country are different, So the above mentioned shipping time is for reference only. The buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, import duties and taxes, and timely pickup the goods from the carrier.
